These terms apply when you use playtinty.com, which is run by Afiq, an independent developer. By playing Tinty, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The game

Tinty is free to play and needs no account. Features may change or be removed, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Leaderboards may be corrected or reset, for example after a bug or a change to the rules.

Nicknames

Nicknames appear publicly on the leaderboards. Don't use one that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or reveals someone's personal information. A nickname that breaks these rules may be changed or removed.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• submit moves made by a bot, script or other automated tool
• interfere with the site, its server or other players
• probe, overload or bypass the limits and checks that protect the service

Scores that appear to break these rules may be removed, and access may be restricted.

Your data

The privacy policy explains what is stored and how it is used. Progress kept in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data, and it can't be restored.

Ads and other sites

The site may show ads from third parties and link to other sites, including social networks you choose to share to. Those sites have their own terms, and Tinty isn't responsible for them or for advertisers' products.

Ownership

The Tinty name, logo, game design, artwork and site content belong to Tinty's creator. You may share your results and screenshots of the game. You may not copy the game or use its branding for your own products without permission.

No warranty

Tinty is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. There is no promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that scores and progress will always be kept.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Tinty's creator isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law doesn't allow to be removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. If you are a consumer, this doesn't take away any mandatory protections of the country where you live.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply. Questions are welcome at contact@playtinty.com.
